What's in our Sun Cream? We're glad you asked! Feel good knowing this cream is safe for the skin. We use a non-nano Zinc Oxide, which means the zinc particles are too large to be absorbed into your bloodstream. This cream works by reflecting away the sun's harmful rays, while many chemical options work by absorbing the rays, rather than reflecting them. These chemicals are much smaller particles, allowing them to be absorbed into your body where they can enter your bloodstream and wreak havoc on your liver!
Apply 15 minutes before heading outdoors and apply liberally all over exposed skin. Apply often while playing sports, or being active and sweating. Reapply immediately following water activities and every hour when out in the direct sun. Apply at least every 2 hours, more frequently if fair skinned.
